This is a reproduction, not a photocopy, of an original Rockwell Bench & Floor 15 inch Drill Press Instruction and Parts Manual. This manual covers units with serial No. 139-3001 and Higher, and units with serial Nos. prior to 139-3001. I included two different parts lists and diagrams to one instruction manual, because they both operate the same way. I did this to take less time and make this less confusing for everyone. So if your drill press looks like the picture below and only has a seven digit serial number, this manual should work for you.
